Fermentation

The fermentation tank provides the most suitable environment for the growth of microorganisms and a series of biochemical reactions. Sterile air is introduced to ensure fermentation with pure strains. By adjusting air flows and pressures, we ensure the positive-pressure environment of the fermentation tank and meet the microorganisms’ requirements for dissolved oxygen.

By controlling parameters such as temperature, pH value, stirring speed, and dissolved oxygen, the most suitable growth environment for microorganisms is realized. Through proper control of the microbial growth environment, the output of the target product can be maximized.

Mixing

We use a mixer for material mixing. The mixing barrel and the surface in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel.

During the rotation of the mixing barrel, the materials to be mixed will flow, combine, and intermingle so that the originally separated materials will eventually become mixed. The absence of gravity ensures the optimal mixing effect.

Drying

Drying is done through a boiling dryer. After the wet material is put into the container, the air is filtered by the primary, medium and high efficiency filters and heated by the heater before entering the equipment. When the air passes through the porous plate at the bottom of the container, the material is boiled and dried. The water in the particles is discharged by the centrifugal fan through the filter cartridge. During the drying process, the powder particles at the air outlet are collected by the filter cartridge, back blown by compressed air, and returned to the fluidized bed. In this way, material loss is minimized.

Tableting

The GZPS-51 automatic high-speed double-side tablet press is a fully automatic high-speed rotary tablet press, which compresses various granular materials into tablets through a pair of pre-pressing wheels and a pair of main pressing wheels.

The upper part of the GZPS-51 automatic high-speed double-sided tablet press is a fully enclosed tableting chamber. In the tableting chamber, the metallic parts in contact with the powder are made of acid and alkali resistant austenitic stainless steel, while the non-metallic parts in contact with the powder are non-toxic ones. The four transparent windows are openable, enabling thorough cleaning of the machine and convenient replacement of the punch tools.

The lower part of the machine is sealed by four stainless steel doors with porous materials inside, installed with various driving devices, which not only ensures safety but also reduces noise. The tableting process is composed of five steps, including feeding, measuring, pre-pressing, main pressing, and tablet discharging. The operation of the tablet press is completely controlled via the touch screen on the electric control cabinet.

Pure Water System

The incoming water from external pipelines is pressurized by the raw water pump before it enters the disc filter that intercepts particulate impurities and colloids in the water that are above 100μm. Then, after the hollow fiber ultrafiltration device intercepts particulate impurities and colloids in the water that are above 5μm, the produced water enters the pretreatment tank.

After the addition of the scale inhibitor and the reducing agent, the water enters the reverse osmosis system.

The reverse osmosis system consists of two stages of RO devices. After the removal of most carbon dioxide gas through a degassing membrane and the addition of alkali to adjust the pH value, the water produced from the first-stage reverse osmosis device enters the second-stage reverse osmosis device for further desalination. Then, after it’s sterilized by an ultraviolet sterilizer, it is pressurized by a terminal water pump, filtered by a microporous filter, and sent to where it is to be used.
